The founder's story
Teaching about sustainability, an endless drive for impact entrepreneurship, and passion for learning all comes together in Curriculum's approach to fast track to a positive future. Here's the backstory of founder Evelien Tempelaere.

After studying Architecture, I pursued a master's degree in Communication Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Energy & Climate. However during my university days, I couldn't sit still and co-founded my first circular fashion start-up in 2022. Soon after I created a freelance business to tutor university students for their thesis and academic research. ​
​
After graduating I consulted for the construction, real estate and chemical industry to create sustainability strategies, ESG reports and materiality assessments. Further along I joined an ESG tech start-up to develop ESG reporting software and train the founding team in terms of sustainability.
In January 2024, I took the jump and combined my experiences to found Curriculum. The start-up got selected for the StartLab incubator program and today I'm proud to guide companies to their next positive chapter.
